Reservations staff will verify that a hybrid vehicle was used for transportation when checking the environmentally conscious drivers into the hotel.
“On an online forum people were talking about the consumption of fuel to visit us. Recognizing the concern, we decided it would help encourage the use of more efficient vehicles by offering a 20% discount to hybrid drivers.” said Minnes, General Manager of 968 Park Hotel.
The hybrid vehicle does not have to be owned by the person staying at the hotel, it simply has to be used to get to 968 Park Hotel. This will allow guests to leave home their SUV and borrow a friend’s hybrid. The promotion is valid through December 31, 2009 and is valid on all holidays.
